Note to my Soul

Flourishing in love, Congenial and Gracious,
I avow my lord in me.
The greatest thing one can offer the beloved is to lay down one's life.
My Beloved ! I converse my love by sowing you in me

For great is my love that willingly
I turned to a sinner and died for the beloved.
Not for reaching to the heavens or the skies
But to couple with this undying love in me

In me you sustain every fall and lift,
In me you instruct the path of my way.
And in return my Beloved!
I perceive the cry; melt in your unshaken love in me.

In every safe beat of mine
With every passing breath I take
I sustain! “You and I” are not disparate,
For you hold me within you and I embrace you in me.

Every gust of vacillation that passes by me
Swabs out my senses; melts me to core.
With twinkle shine of your eyes,
You relieve me of myself, and I endure you in me!

With every gasp that I inhale,
you direct me to the living death;
you please my intellect;
 unchain my reasons
And make me the prisoner of that DIVINE LOVE in me.
